It's actually quite good for dem gainz. Helps with appetite, blood sugar metabolism, cortisol levels (via anti-stressor effects) as well as helping prevent growth of tumors, etc.

Cures epilepsy, helps immensely with MS symptoms... Actually it's the cannabidiol in marijuana that is especially good for cancer. It has proven to stop the out of control growth of tumors.
Marijuana smokers are actually skinnier on average than non smokers in studies. That's partially why it makes you so hungry because of the blood sugar effects. Then again it causes over eating too so it's a double edged sword in that area.
Veterans with PTSD like myself just got a green light to have access to medical pot too. Texas isn't quite on board yet but Austin recently made medical edibles legal I heard.

Okay it cures epilepsy while medicated. I don't think it actually cures it altogether. Although the increase in brain cell activation and growth (contrary to popular belief) could very well cute it over time I suppose.
