New guy. 46 y/o. 5ft 11 in. 245 pounds. Tanita scale says 22% fat. As they are not accurate maybe a bit more or less. I'll get calipers this week.
Cycle a few years ago Test C 300 mg per week. Started at 220 pounds. After 4 weeks added Anavar 25 mg.Scared about hepatic effects of anavar so waited.
Ran Test for 12 weeks and Anavar for 8.
Ended at 235 pounds.
At that time my BF was also hovering around 25% via calipers. It dropped to 17-18% on the above cycle. Tested with caliper method. This is my recall which is pretty good. Nothing in writing to confirm.
I believe the anavar helped as well as my training and diet. Yes I was and am a fat fuck! I get it.
Anyway I have read alot and looking to get on Test C ONLY for a cycle. I am prepared with AI and SERMS as well as HCG.
No medical issues such as BP, diabetes etc.
Please no lectures. I have read that doing a cycle with elevated BF is not good. Lipid issues as well as aromatization.
I get it !!
If your not comfortable saying go for it I'm fine with that.
My point is that if you look at NFL linemen they are not 12% body fat. Nor are powerlifters. I imagine there is steroid use among them or at least among power lifters.
I imagine they use AI and SERM as well.
Simple question do they have a different set of rules as far as BF % and steroids??
I swear I am committed and have started lifting clean also doing aerobic work. Diet dialed in. Lean meat, fish, veggies (raw). Quality carbs (brown rice).
A bit of juicing (vegetables not gear).
Whey protein(Syntha-6 made by Bio-Engineered Supplements). A bit high on the carb count so any recommendations regarding alternative powder are appreciated.
Sure I can hold off for 6 months or so till BF drops but if I take precautions am I insane? If so I imagine pro athletes are insane as well.
Please no flames! I am not looking for you guys to say go for it if you think I'm nuts. Just don't answer my post or contribute some thing meaningful!
I likely will proceed with or without your endorsement. i will take all necessary precautions.
FWIW: I am not under the illusion that the gear will get me where I want to be (less BF and more defined). I know it takes work and esp. diet.
Thanks for reading.
