I've been training for 8 years roughly and am considering my very first cycle. Have had mixed information so would love to know your thoughts before I make a decision. Watched some of your videos but have only come across those that are directed at males.
I am female, 30 years old, 154cm (5"1) and weigh about 45kg (about 17% bf). Have been told to do 5mcg of turinabol for 2 months straight then up the dosage to 10mcg daily 3 times a week for another month or two.
Isn't this too long? I've been told I don't need to take Nolvadex during the cycle either? For PCT I've been told to take amino acids and ZMA.
What do you recommend for me as a female that is taking turinabol on its own? Am really hesitant due to side effects so don't want to touch anything until I know how much I should take, how long I should take it for, what/how i should take for complete cycle assist and also what/how i should have PCT?
