I was in a show on Saturday so I'm only doing some light/fasted cardio for the next week - ten days, no training. So I've been using the fitness center in my complex vs. driving to the gym. I used to make jokes about "fitness centers" but this one is actually pretty well stocked. I have to eat crow here. Plus the convenience has been priceless.
