I smashed some barbell and dumbbell rows in my garage blasting some Pantera and Killswitch. I'm a music freak! I love Hip Hop, metal, rock, classical, etc.. Anything except radio rap You name it. I have to listen to heavy shit while i lift heavy shit.

I have the kids all day but going to drop them at the gold's daycare while I smash some more calves and abs. It's shorts and flip-flop season so I'm doing calves every day.
