fiirst of all when you write "where do you train at" makes you sound like you never studied the english language. "Where do you train" will suffice. Remember do not end a sentence in a prepostion. Pointed out to me by my very little brother. I you had ran deca should be if you had had run deca. If you ran deca and test should be if you had run deca. There is no word called noone.It is no one. Seems ran and run are not used correctly. Where do you train at sounds like where do you learn english at!!!
