How many of you blackout occasionally when doing legs? (raises my hand...)

Haven't blacked out but I have gotten light headed from working legs before
I get light headed often but I pushed it a little too hard today. I think I was only out for a few seconds because no one noticed... Lol

I get light headed when on the squat rack. Other than that no problems. I only ever like from bjj or kickboxing after a layoff

I'm not sure if it's the HGH i'm running but I seem to be able to push myself a little harder than I used to. I don't feel stronger I just feel like I can do more.

I just thought about it and I just realized that it's probably because I gave blood this Thursday. I usually take a day or two off after and I'm fine. I'm 46 now I guess I don't bounce back like I used to...

Been there, done that. I got eye floaters like mad after today's leg session. It wasn't super HEAVY, but was very high volume. Good times lol.

I have never blacked out completely, but during squats and deadlifts it's not uncommon for me to start feeling lightheaded and start to feel the beginning stages of fainting coming on with my vision starting to go, etc...

That's usually at the last rep or so of a heavy set. It's been scary a few times but luckily I've never went out.....yet

Yikes man. Really no reason anyone should be blacking out. Usually the most common situation it happens in is when people forget to breathe or the clench down to hard.
