Planning a 12 week recomp stack and am trying to decide between 2 different stacks. I'm currently 6'1 180lbs fairly lean with visible abs and lose fat pretty easily...

My 2 options are:

Osta/gw/s4

OR

Lgd/s4/gw

I want to gain a nice amount of lean mass while cutting around 3-4% bodyfat so would the LGD stack be a better option for this? Diet would be maintanence/slight deficit.

i would think the lgd would be better because of the lean mass you want to gain and it will create a little hunger in some people. but at the same time you are cutting calories so it may be a fine balance on ur diet

Yea I was thinking the same bro. Osta is a great compound I love it but just don't think it will be strong enough for me to gain some nice lbm whilst shedding fat..

Never pointless......

MK-2866 advantages and benefits:

They are awesome together actually! Strength, lean body mass gains and sense of well-being are off-the-charts! Plus the healing properties those two together are freaking awesome! I'm currently on a 12-week run with Osta, lgd and gw! It's the modified triple stack!

yes bro, you absolutely want to go with all 4... that would be the super stack... that stack is so versatile and literally covers everything... lgd and 2866, although sharing many similarities, are still very different and both are very necessary for an all out recomp... here is the full layout and everything can be found at www.sarmsx.com





1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
