you want to drop 8-10% body fat which is great however steroids are not used for that purpose... you don't need nor want steroids... that makes no sense and that's now what nor how they are used... i would highly recommend going with sarms... start by reading a detailed article i wrote on sarms... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

Steroids and cutting here goes . steroids that we lable cutters ie tren winstrol masteron ext.. When a bodybuilder talks about ( CUTTING ) were talking about 8 too 10 percent bodyfat with tons of lean muscle going down too 2 percent bodyfat without loosing muscle this is tricky and steroids are neccasary so if you look in the mirror and say id like too see my abs you dont need steroids to do it. If you say cool veins in my obliques but I want striations in my glutes you need steroids . and the purpose of steroids is too create a hyper anabolic state that biilds and keeps muscle it does not burn fat . but too loose fat and keep muscle you have too diet slowly balance your macros at the right time . with gear you can pull a 1500 calories deficit and do 2 hours of fasted cardio and hardly loose any muscle at all so its all fat loss . but for those dramatic results you have too be willing too cut that many calories and do all that cardio and still train heavy and steroids dramatically increase appetite in most people so the crazy diet is gonna suck even worse .steroids speed up the process by alowing you too put in more work:if you cant do what is easy on your own gear will not help

That's no shit either. And there's also different levels of it. Somebody that goes from obese to average losing a bunch of weight is one level. Somebody going from average to lean is another level that requires a but more. But for somebody that goes from lean to ultra lean (contest lean at 4-5%) it is a level that cannot be described, and only experienced. It's the single hardest thing I've ever done. I can maintain 8% every day easy with leniency. To drop another 3-4% requires sacrifice beyond comprehension for those that haven't been there.

I've cut some before. Not crazy but a little. I got so dry my lips cracked and took a month to heal lol. Looked the best in my life tho hahaha.
See thats the problem, looking great does cost some health benefits when BF% becomes very low. But looks so dam good, lol. That's the sacrifice...

its the truth and it really is unbelievably difficult to hold on to... trust me, i have my days staying like i do all year... some days crabby, tired etc... i really do miss certain things at times and i do know once we have kids i'll have to change etc... i cringe at the though of being over 6% but i can't just not eat dinners with family etc. forever either... i do realize that.. its funny though, i used to always be right around 7% and i would literally eat pizza after the gym, out to eat a few times a week etc. and never had a problem because of how hard i work each day in the gym
