Eating is the most important part of fitness and bodybuilding. If you don't meal prep and adjust macros according to your goals you're not going to accomplish them.

Food scale and meal prep containers from Amazon, myfitness pal app for my phone, and clean whole foods from the grocer. It was definitely less involved than I anticipated.

Whole eggs and kale
2 pieces of Ezekiel Toast with avocado spread.
-The way I make the avocado spread is using avocados, a little olive oil, and salt and pepper. Adding a little salt to the spread is a game changer imo.

oh man i can’t eat that early, i don’t get an appetite until 10/11
Same here. I feel terrible all day if I eat early. I just choke down a protein shake in the morning and then start eating real food around noon.

Stopped by another meal prep place to check out their portion sizes.

Pros: Selection
Cons: meals are smallish
