What did you train today??

I have back today!!! And 30 min cardio post lift. I did 20 min when I woke up. I have to drop some Bf% before surgery and before my cycle

Just got back from chest/back/biceps. 44's gym needs to know they can count on him to provide visual inspiration. No words are necessary when you get in the moment. 44 is pleased.
 
Legs.Extra heavy on quads & calves.Plus some high volume ab work

Warm-up - Pushups 2x50

Dumbell presses:

Decline - 8,10,12,15

Flat - 8,10,12,15

Incline - 8,10,12,15

Dumbell flys:

Decline - 8,10,12,15

Flat - 8,10,12,15

Incline - 8,10,12,15

Dumbell pullovers 4x20 to failure
