What are your must have foods?

My main staples daily are

Chicken breast
Green veggies
Banana
Greek yogurt
Sweet potato
Eggs/egg whites
Oatmeal

Every day
i figured we would be about on the same exact page.. im allergic to bananas and dont do potatoes but everything else is my every single day
 
Whole eggs
Spinach
Cinnamon
Apple Cider Vinegar
Cottage Cheese

Those are the constants in my diet, I like to change up my protein and carb sources to keep things interesting
 
chicken
hamburg
cauliflower (rice or mashed)
Quest PB cups
Grenade Low Carb bars

bottom two for when I get urge to eat something sweet tasting
 
You ever use Kale or Broccoli Rabe for greens?
not really a fan of either.. i eat 2-3 servings of spinach per day... i love spinach but kale is amazing for you, i just dont particularly care for the taste... im a very very picky eater though bro... like i said though, its so good for you... so if you can tolerate it, definitely incorporate it...
