there is not a person on the planet earth that is just going to do that when you have literally done NOTHING on your own... none of us learned that way... i cant imagine asking someone to spoon feed me everything basically acting helpless.. you study for months on your own, THEN you come and start asking questions about things that are confusing or you have specific questions on.. who knows if you are even in the right condition to use steroids... ??? what are your stats?? age/height/weight/body fat? goals? workout history?
