Urgent please regarding pct

Im one of your fans in youtube dear dylan, i run recently first cycle in my life test cyponate for 8 weeks 400mg per week, plan was 10 weeks but a got severe acne which leads me to stop,

My question is i started my Pct on 20 july but unfortunately i misunderstood u and i run weekly dose instead if daily dose
Nolva and clomide
40/20/20/20 daily i thought i should take it 40 mg per week

Today I figure out now on 1/8 augest.. while watching one of ure videos.. after two weeks
What shall i do.. ?

you need to run a full pct ASAP...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... It's all good man! I've done this before. The very first PCT I ran I fucked up and thought the same exact thing as you. Just follows Dylan's advise above and don't skimp on anything he laid out.
