With food? That’s interesting, I’ve always heard to wait at least 2 hours after eating and wait an hour to eat after taking it bc food can lower gh spike. Can you please elaborate more? Thanks!

Its very difficult to say with certainty on anything because of the lack of information and studies on it right now.. im still working on monitoring clients and people using it... even myself, i dont have a great deal of insight aside from initial information on what it is supposed to do but im big on PERSONAL OBSERVATION, which i personally need some time to do
