Good afternoon from NC. I enjoy your knowledge and feed back on tren use. I am 33 yrs old and am currently running 100mg of test e per week per my doctor for low t.

I have ran it as high as 200mg per week but have backed off the past 2 months to see how my body responds in its natural state. I lift 5 days a week she have put on 25lbs over the course of 6 months.

My goal is to trim back down and loose body fat like most people. I'm currently 242lbs and about 16% bmi.

My question is this. If I'm only running 300mg of tren but I'm supposed to be on .5 cc of test per weak what do you recommend? Do I cut back on test to keep it level with the tren? Also in taking the proxy what is the proper amount and best time to take it?
 
You trim body fat with nutrition.

You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

I can tell you right now, steroids aren't fat burners. so if that's what you think, you have the wrong mindset. you burn fat with consistent diet and training + cardio.

bro, i love the fact you want to trim down and take control of your health but your doing this all wrong and your going to hurt yourself... steroids ARE NOT fat burners bro... you are making a large mistake... you do not need tren whatsoever and i cant advise you to do that.. your not in the proper condition to use tren or any other steroid and im not going to advise you to do something im certain will hurt you... watch my video on sarms with trt... sarms are PERFECT FOR YOU and what your wanting to do... here are my articles to start with followed by the video link...

Your bodyfat is too high for steroid use right now my friend. You need to stop all of this and get into better condition
