I tried the quad and delta before but that shit hurt. I could not walk for 2 days in the quad. And I could not beat my dick when I did it in the delt. I may try again in the quad.
I'm thinking of dropping my test from 500 to 250. See how my body reacts. I'm running the cycle for 20 weeks may trim it back and see how it goes. I can always go back up.
