I'm a bit disappointed in myself as I'm stuck at 258.6 pounds it seems. I know I could hold my shit and jump on scale and tip 260, but I want the weight in mass, not shit outta my ass. I've been eating 5x a day plenty of proteins and carbs and even cheated in some fats by way of 6 oreo cookies... they were calling my name bro's. Any recommendations as to how I can get to 260 just for sake of doing it? After this cycle I wanna end up at a solid and firm 252-255 if possible. It's been hot as hell out here so maybe I'm a bit dehydrated? Usually I can feel that stuff though.
