steroid thigh injection proceadure?

I'm having ahard time injecting in my glutes because my back is so wide now and I get a cramp and can't push the needle with strength.
What is the best way to take a steroid thigh injection rioght into the thigh muscle where I need it most?

Hit the meaty outer lower part, where it is close to your knee bu on the outside, and not too close, as few inches above. Or just inject in the deltoids and biceps that works great too!

Can't you get someone to do the injection for you? It would be so much easier....however, you can do as suggested by Mexico.
