Hello guys I rock 9 long and I'm getting more information about starting a new work out regiment and staying consistent.
I've worked and losing weight and getting in a better shape. I run at least 8 miles a week. I still believe I have at least a ways to go to get where I want to be. I weighed 215 and now down to 195 with much better muscle tone. I want to find a good work out routine to explore more resistance and build more muscle. I'm just starting to get into a routine with eating correctly and sticking with it. It's a lot at once to me. I do eventually want to try a steroid cycle much later. I want to say thanks for the videos and articles very helpful. I appreciate it
