SR9009 and Ostarine Log

The study was done at 3mg daily for 12 weeks on 120 healthy men and women, an excerpt from it says:

"It seems likely that ostarine, like 17alpha-methyl steroids, causes some amount of liver damage. In Dalton's study, the concentration of the enzyme alanine-aminotransferase [ALT] rose in twenty percent of the subjects. A high ALT level can indicate liver damage"

Seems that about 20% of the subjects had liver issues, thats why I was wondering about some liver support, since you are using a higher dose than the one used. I mean yeah the percentage was low, but why chance it no?

That's interesting, and yeah my dose is almost ten times that amount. I am expecting suppression after 6 or 8 weeks but not liver damage. I'll do more research and look into some liver support as well. You're right there is no exceptions when it comes to health and I would never take shortcuts to try and save money either on sarms cycle or AAS.

I read an article on a clinical study that ostarine raises some liver vlaues, are you using any supplements for this or any other potential sides? Also did you get a chance to do some blood work before the cycle and will you do any after?

for every bs study out there, there is a counter study... im not basing anything on those studies, its based on HUMAN reaction over all these years with bloodwork confirmation... sarms are NON methylated and do not cause any elevation in alt or ast values... unless you do not have real ostarine...

So I haven't posted in awhile and thought it might be a good idea to let everyone know how this cycle is going. I didn't want to post too often, as change is slow and steady.

So far all of my lifts have gone up, I stepped on the scale the other day and was amazed to see that I have gained 12 pounds! Maybe a little bit of fat because I didn't eat %100 clean the last two weeks but definitely mostly muscle. I am lifting more and feeling stronger in the gym, and it's only getting better. Had to stop cardio for awhile as shin splints were getting bad but it has healed up now so I'll start again slowly. I suffered from a really bad lower back and it has slowly been feeling better, I am back to deadlifting now without pain which is a huge step!

Here are some update pictures.

Thanks for the encouragement and all you do for this forum, so educational. I have learned so much! Gonna need your help in a two months for a second cycle but I'm not too worried about that. Just focusing on the task at hand. Gonna kill these last six weeks!

Thought I'd make my last and closing post to this log, idk if you can really call it a log as I haven't posted much but I didn't see the need to post the same thing week after week as not much progress is made in a week, it's more about the long haul. I'm definitely bigger, stronger, and leaner then when I started. I attribute that to hard work in the gym, eating clean, and the help of sarms. I definitely worked my ass off in the gym and would be dripping sweat on the floor by the end, barely able the drag my tired ass out of the gym.

Sr9009 was great, kept me lean even when my diet wasn't %100 on track and gave me good amounts of energy and stamina on the treadmill, I found cardio was something I looked forward to as I was amazed at how long I could run.

Osta worked wonders for my injured ankle that had been bugging me for two years, no pain at all now! I saw some real nice lean gains with it as well.

Starting weight before the cycle was 177lbs and I'm weighing in now at 185lbs. I'm looking leaner with more striations and abs are popping out nice. A lot of people are starting to notice at work and in the gym that I have made some great gains. Squatting 345, chest pressing 90s, shoulder pressing 80s, curling 95lbs barbell, more on EZ bar. These are all reps, used to be one or two rep max.

My diet wasn't %100 the whole 12 weeks but this is my first time ever doing meal prep and following a diet and giving up deserts and other shit I love eating. Once I got the cooking down and figured out healthy meals that tasted great it wasn't too hard.

Here are some final pics.
