I'm 33 years old and used to be really obese , I weighed around 110 Kilo Grams, please see the attached pic. I started weight training during end of 2014. I watched what I eat and also regular cardio 6 days a week and I came down to almost 79-80 Kilo Grams. However , I got pretty busy with work and couldn't workout as much as I used to, hence I gained 5-7 Kilo Grams now. I'm trying my best and haven't been able to achieve to the desired shape, like get down to a body fat percentage of 10-15. I pretty much take all the Supplements available, such as WHEY Protein, Glutamine, Creatine, Multivitamin, Calcium, Fish oil, BCAA, and days when I feel tired , I take a scoop of Pre-workout.
I haven't found much difference as yet and I'm intending to take powerful fat burner. I have tried Hydroxycut Elite , however found no difference. I would like to know if I should take Clenbuterol. I have never taken any sort of Anabolic Steroids, because you gave clearly mentioned Steroids are NOT Fat Burners.
