Good Morning -

My name is Michael Blackburn & I recently received my order of Cardarine (GW501516) & Stenabolic (SR9009).

However, I'm unsure of the daily usage, directions, etc. Do I simply take 20mgs of Cardarine & 20mgs of Stenabolic orally? Do I take with food? & how many times per day should I take each product?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

hey bro, it does not matter whether you take them with or without food... here is the layout..



1-16 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-16 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

to make it even simpler 1 full dropper of GW 20-30 mins before workout, 1/4 dropper of the sr 5-6 time a day
