51 yr old male thinking about doing a sarms cycle.
My goal is to gain mass first and then some definition.Present weight is 195lbs.
Is using LGD 4033 first as a stand alone or should it be stacked with RAD140? or is there a better stack combination?
What would be the dosage and cycle length time?
Also is it true yor HDL levels crash by half?

So you are basically wanting to recomp it sounds like. I can put together a great stack recommendation for you. Sarms absolutely do not negatively affect your lipids and health values like that in any way like steroids do.

Here is the perfect stack for you that I recommend. Get everything from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split twice per day 25mg am and 25mg pm
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

Noticed there was no mention of Rad 140,was there any particular reason why?
On sarms I can still use my normal supplementations also,like my creatine and glutamine etc?
What was the cycle length? 6 weeks,8,12 etc?

Rad-140 can also be implemented into this stack of you would like more benefits. I just simply gave you a good stack for your goals that I thought would fit you really well, especially given your age considering MK2866, lgd, and MK677 have great healing and recovery benefits and the GH boosting of MK677 on top of the lean mass gains

There's certainly no problem adding RAD140 to this stack to make it even better. Dosing is 20mg per day in the am

No problem taking any of your other supplements at all. That is perfectly fine.

This is a 12 week cycle as indicated in the protocol as 1-12 for each one

Is it really necessary to use 5 sarms? Could you just double up on a few?


what do you mean "double up" on a few? just stack a few? of course you can.. you can run them any sort of combination but rick simply gave him the most effective stack to cover a variety of areas but you can still get incredible gains stacking, 2,3, ,4 etc... recommendations are given for the most effective...

i have no idea where your getting this HDL levels crash by half thing bro... sarms IMPROVE HDL... GW was DESIGNED to treat HDL... the beauty of sarms is that YOU DON'T have to deal with toxicity nor any type of methylation and this is of no concern... rick gave you a very strong stack and you most certainly can add RAD to it... it would fit so nicely in there...
 
I'd suggest you consider 2 cycles, bulk, (then PCT) and then recomp. Especially if you are starting with lgd. I originally started with more of a recomp idea, and switched to bulk, and then later I'll recomp.

Bulk would be lgd, gw, mk-677, rad140, ostarine. (for me, I had to drop mk-677, loved the healing part, hated the sides). This is a massive stack, and i'm truly loving it right now. My wallet hates it though :)

I really think the best kind of sarms stack are for recomposition. They all offer different benefits so they compliment each other very very good, and have great synergy together. That's why they can be so effective in a stack to add muscle, strength, and endurance while dropping bodyfat at the same time

Yes, that is absolutely true. Certain compounds are more for lean mass, while others are better for strength. Then you add in compounds that burn fat and build endurance and you have an awesome stack that gives you a multitude of benefits

Is there a single steroid you would compare each sarm to? Also never done steroids...YET, but researched.

Also which one is the best to get you strong. From looking around the forum it seems some say lgd, s4 and ostarine are all the best for getting you strong.

for strength, the top 3 are lgd, s4 and rad140...

sarms tend to be more versatile than steroids in terms of the many benefits they offer... not as pronounced on the impact but far more versatile... for instance, s4 has strong attributes comparable to winstrol and masteron both etc...
