Good evening,
I tried doing a search and it was hard to find anything specific on what I wanted to ask. I've found things from bulks and cuts, but not necessary both.
Before I get into the question, here are my stats:
Age: 25
Height: 6'3
Weight: 215
Body fat %: 16-17%
Years of training: 2 years
Complete cycle history: Never done a cylce.
Goals: Finish bulk, then cut down.
Supplements: Protein powder, creatine, preworkout.
General idea of nutrition: I calculated calories and macros every month to adjust for progress and eat clean almost always, with an occasional cheat meal every month or so.
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) No other relevant information to my stats.
I am currently in my last month of a bulk. I've been bulking for 8 weeks and and am finishing up at 12. No SARMS or anything else during the bulk. Just clean eating and lifting. I lift about 6 days a week and my job requires me to do cardio as a mandatory thing, so I also run about 4 times a week. 2 days of intervals for about 20 minutes and then 3 miles and self pace on another day. Cardio is done in the morning, lifting is done at night. I do this during both cuts and bulks because I'm required to. After these last 4 weeks, I'm going to spend about 2 weeks at a maintenance calorie intake and then go into a 12 week cut with hopes of getting down to 12% body fat. The use for the SARMs are going to be for the cut.
The SARM stack I'm planning on is
1-12 gw 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout
1-12 S4 50 mg day/split dose between morning and afternoon.
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
Plus a mini PCT of clomid and GW.
My question is, could I finish out my last 2 weeks or so of my bulk using this stack and then follow my meal protocol of maintence into a cut and potentially shorten my cut from 12 weeks to 10 weeks, or should I just stick to finishing out my bulk and then start the sarms when I begin my cut?
I appreciate any advice you all could give and thank you for taking the time to read my post and help.
