Hi there,

I have just finished a TEST cycle and currently in week 3 of my PCT. In one of Dylan's videos he mentioned bridging. Can someone explain what this is and what sarm is best to use to increase my strength?

For your goals, I think this would be a great stack to bridge with

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Thanks for your response, reading about s4, the vision/eyes issue concerns me. Would the stack still be ok excluding s4?

You could run that stack without S4, but the vision sides are easily controlled by using the right dosing protocol. It is awesome for strength and fat loss and would suit your goals. It's up to you whether you want to include it or not, but it is a great addition

Dylan and I both listed dosing for everything recommended, including S4 above. Did you not see it?

If I get the vision issue, I am guessing I should drop the dosage to say 25mg or..?

If it becomes a problem with sides you could reduce the dose. Most people can tolerate 50mg per day just fine. It's the higher doses that are usually the issue
