I know I should stack it up with sarms but not this time
Now I have 90 tabs of 4mg
I tool 1 pill yesterday evening before my workout today morning before my 5 miles jogg as cardio and 5 hrs latter
I am felling like I am on caffeine seriously last time I took muscle blaze hydroxy cut I felt the same
I am not noticing any significant increase in heart rate but but I am not felling comfortable it's not something I can't bare but it's making me feel nervous excited angry etc short of emotional overload
Is this normal or should I Lower my doses
I did some research online and found that it's a mild anabolic as well as its improve cardio performance on stand alone

If it's a little much lower that dose. I wouldn't recommend more than one tab per day, dosed before workout.

If it's a little much lower that dose. I wouldn't recommend more than one tab per day, dosed before workout.

Regardless of what you've read if the dose is too much for you, its too much. You have to asess everything on an individual basis because everyone is different

consider this post as s log yesterday i took 10mg total 4 mg @6 am (before joggg) then 4mg @12pm nnd 2mg @6pm (before workout)
i did felt improvement in my jog but only 2% i didn't felt that much tired after my jogg which i used to feel but I was felling uncomfortamlble all day
now the real fun started when i reached the gym
i felt improvement (back day)
i did all the routine exercises but when i was dead lifting my precious record was 242lbs that is 110 kg *2reps ( perfect form(pf)) this time i did 264 (120kgs *2 reps PF)
i felt increase in power nd endurance and the jitterness i was feeling also declined

more specific help required
like what timing And at what doses
