Last week 405 rack pulls this week 455 for 3-4 I believe. Wow.. The strength is un real... Idk if it's just my mind or this thing is working fast!? Only been 2 weeks went from 315 then 405 then this week 455!? Seeing little bit of the fat loss but not too much.. Still waiting for more... Cardio is 40 min of stairs post and sometimes tread mill at 3 and incline of 5-6... Also running GW so I expect more fat loss soon??
