1 last question deca or tren for recomp
Deca 375 or tren enanthate 400 a week which one should i go for

You could use either for recomp, but tren probably is the better for recomposition out of the two

tren is probably the king of recomp but you MUST be experienced to use it.. otherwise, eq and tbol would be very very ideal for a recomp
