I have been at the gym for over a year now and although I have managed to gain some muscle I wouldn't say its a large amount. I started the gym at 36% body fat and I've eaten clean every day and worked my ass off to get it down to 18%.
I have a holiday booked in June and I really want to be near 10% BF and add a bit more size, not to much, about but 10 Lbs of lean muscle would be amazing. I know I'm still a bit high with body fat but I really want this. Is there any steroid cycles you recommend for a first timer that can help with recompilation?
I just want to stat that I have been doing a lot of research for a few months now and I have a complete and good understanding of PCT and steroid types. The problem is I've never used any and I know that you have a large knowledge on this.
