proper pct after deca and test

hey I did a 10 week cycle of 200 mg test cyp and 200 mg deca and I am wondering between clomid and nolvadex. I think you mentioned in one of your videos or I heard it somewhere that nolvadex shouldn't be taken if deca was part of a cycle. Is that true? what would you recommend I do and how long should I wait to start the pct.

hold up man... first of all, are you saying you finished your cycle and have not even run pct???? wtf? why would you run deca only 10 weeks when its one of the longest esters you can run... you do not run nolva at the same time as deca but you can and need to run it in pct... did you run aromasin and caber or prami on cycle???

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... When did your cycle end? What is your stats, and experience?
