have been seeing and watching more and more of your videos. I definitely find a lot of your advice to be informing,I just watched one on masteron.I would like to see if I was able to give you a list of gear , if you could possibly give advice on best way to run it,I am on a few forums and of course everyone has always different opinions, I'm very interested on your expertise and opinion.

What would be the best way to incorporate this into a great cycle, I'm 42,170 pounds,pretty lean for the most part have a little bully fat ,seems no matter what i do cant get ride of it,I was 180 but I have been doing a lot of running in the last 8 months in a boot camp program I was in, have done several cycles in the past, some good ,some bad.I have always read and put together my own cycle.keep up the good work on your videos and thank you for your time.

hey brother, yes i can help... there's quite a bit of compounds here that i would definitely not all be running at once... if you have belly fat why are you wanting to run dbol and anadrol... clen is nothing i'll recommend nor advise on... its reckless, dangerous and has no place in any cycle... you need to be below 10% body fat to use masteron so im not seeing how that fits here either... this is far too much gear for one cycle... it needs a lot of work... how many cycles have you ran in the past and what exactly are your goals from the cycle?
 
I have ran few cycles in the past ,1 cycle a year for the last 7 years,I have tried pretty much all the basics,every type of test,anadrol,dbol,DECA,npp,eq,trends,masteron and HGH.the list of gear here is just gear in arms reach.looking to put together a cycle from it,I do not need to use all on this list,but trying to use up as much as I can on a cycle.As far as bully fat,I believe my body fat is low I mean when I say belly fat I'm saying that my abs aren't bulging out to where I'm happy,I run every 5to6 miles 5 days a week.my goal is to put on 20 pounds then cut for a good hard look.thank you for taken the time

I would keep it simple.. Since you enjoy cardio you may want something like Test, EQ and throw some sarms in there like GW, SR9009, S4 and LGD. You got allot of options.

My diet is not the best,I try eat as much protein as possible, try to eat me carbs in morning only but I just seems I can't get away from them around dinner time,I stay pretty good with the calories,my down fall is soda/sugers,my diet all around is inconsistent, I work different shifts so hard for me to eat on steady diet, I eat on the go a lot.

That's a problem bud. Diet is absolutely key to getting results. You cannot depend on aas alone. Your mentality of "wanting to run as much as possible" from the list you provided is not a good approach. The truth is if you can't get a solid grip on your diet, then aas isn't for you and sadly, you're just wasting your time and money. My advice, put your main focus on nutrition.

I agree with Maxx bro. You have to get your diet down. Don't be afraid of carbs, cause you can still cut despite what you may think.

Do you track your macros? Percentage of protein, carbs, fat?

thats about as big of a problem as it gets in terms of running cycles brother... this is flat out honesty here... if you dont have a dialed in diet then there really is no point to any of this... i cant recommend anabolic use with an inconsistent diet... it defeats the purpose and its just not a good example to set for others... you cannot depend on anabolics to clean this up for you... also, not even knowing your body fat indicates your not well tuned with what your doing here... you have to get the diet part consistent and you have to be in the right condition... maybe do two things so we can help you properly... post a pic of yourself so we can see what your body fat is and post up your normal daily diet so you can get the help you need to clean it up

Diet dictates 90% of your results, so without that as Dylan stated, it's redundant to run steroids. It is paramount to achieving the results you are after
