Yesterday I hit a nice PR on dumbbell military press. I workout without a partner and never ask for a spot or a lift off. I was able to work up to the 100's for a clean set of 5, which is great given the fact that I've been dropping weight lol. I've upped my calories and my metabolism is really on fire lately. Eating just shy of 4,000 calories (I track and weigh EVERYTHING so I know it's accurate) and have dropped a couple lbs lol. Looking super lean and vascular. At night, before bed, my mid section looks like a road map. The mast and eq are really starting to work their magic
