so back day today, started with 10 minutes walk on treadmill then:

Dumbbell Pullover: 20kgx12,30kgx10,34kgx10(will up to 36s next week);
Hammer pulldowns: 40kgx12,70kgx10,90kgx10(will try 94 next week);
Reverse grip barbell row: 70kgx10,90kgx7(i should have stayed in the 8-10 reps range next week will move the weight down to 84kg);
One arm dumbbell row: 24kgx12,34kgx8;
Wide grip seated cable row: 40kgx12,60kgx9;
Barbell deadlift(partial from rack): 80kgx12,100kgx12(will up the weight to 110kg next week).

So workout was good, now i am gonna have 2 days off straight from the gym, tomorrow morning is gonna be my 7th injection.
 
7th injection this morning. Injected in left buttock, slight ache when inserted the needle, no blood came out no pip for now.
 
so after 2 days off got back to the gym today training shoulders and triceps, started with 10 minutes cardio on bike plus some rotator cuff work right after:

Seated dumbbell press: 14kgsx12,20kgsx10,26kgsx8;
Dumbbell lateral raise: 10kgsx10,14kgsx10(will up to 16s dumbbells next week);
One arm cable lateral raise: 13kgx10(will up to 15 next week);
Barbell shrugs: 80kgx12,102kgx10(will up to 104kg next week);
Cable pushdown: 20kgx12,30kgx10,42kgx7;
Dips: bw+5kgx12,bw+17kgx10(i will do bw+10kg on first set and bw+20kg on second set respectively next week);
Hanging leg raises 2x15 withbw;
Machine crunches 2x15 with 10kg.

Nice workout, improved in almost every lift, i defentely noticed i looked fuller in my under armor shirt today lol, i actually gained half an inch on my arms since beginning of trt.
 
Legs day today, started with 10 minutes cardio on bike, then:

Leg-extension: 15kgx15,25kgx12,37kgx12(will up the weight to 40kg next week);
Leg-press: 80kgx15,120kgx12,160kgx12(will move up to 170kg next week);
Reverse hack squat: 40kgx15,80kgx12,120kgx10(last 2 reps where kinda in rest pause, my legs were burning right after and heart beats were elevated i gave it all LOL, by the way next week i will just do 1 warm up set so this way i should be able to smash couple more reps and increase the weight,after 3 sets of leg extensions and 3 sets of leg press quads are already warmed up and ready for heavy sets);
Lying leg curl: 25kgx12,37kgx10;
Seated leg curl: 40kgx15(will move up to 45kg next week);
Calf press: 60kgx12,90kgx15(drop sets 60kgx6,30kgx10, i will increase the weight to 100kg next week, calves were on fire it took me 5 days to recover from doms last week lets see what happens this week lol);
Seated calf raises: 30kgx12,52kgx6.


Workout was good i improved on most of the lifts, legs felt kinda beat up couple hours after workout, anyways tomorrow day off from the gym but i will donate blood for the first time tomorrow morning.
 
so donated blood for the first time this morning. I had to fill lots of papers before, than i had a doctor ask me again some questions on paper, after that she took my hemoglobin value which was 16(range between 13.5 and 18) so perfectly fine, blood pressure was 70-130 and bpm 75 usually i have lower blood pressure and heart beats but it could be due to little anxiety cause was the first time or also becasue i had to walk half a mile from the park to the place anyways values were fine. After that they took the blood around 450cc, it took 7 minutes i had a talk with the nurse in between so it looked like i was there for only a couple minutes she was hot LOL and also very funny. By the way i was expecting they were gonna give me the general tests that they did on my blood but they just sent me home after they offered me breakfast. Maybe they will send results home or they will give it to me next time, i will go exactly in 90 days again i know i dont really need it on trt, but its something that is good both for me and for people that will eventually receive my blood so since it took almost nothing to do it i dont see why not doing it frequently. I maybe just feel a little light headed right now but it culd just be in my head. However today day off from the gym and work just in case.
 
Tonight i started taking hcg since i noticed my boys were less than half the size from when i started trt. I mixed 5ml of water in a 5000iu vial, than i injected intramuscularly 0.5ml which it should be 500iu and then i put it into the fridge. I hope i didnt make a mistake to inject just a couple of minutes after i mixed it. By the way for now the prootocol is 500 iu on mondays and thursdays and doc also increased my arimidex dose, he said to take half a tab on monday and half a tab on thursdays cause he said hcg increaes estrogen. He also said that by the way by the time i will finish the first vial of hcg theres gonna be my next blood work so depending on results we will probably put down hcg to 500 iu per split in two dosages of 250.

Cables crossover: 22kgx12,32kgx8(my chest was almost ripping apart lol);
Standing ez bar biceps curl: 20kgx12,24kgx10,34kgx9;
Incline dumbbell biceps curl: 12kgx10(next time i will go with the 14s dumbbells);
Ez bar preacher curl: 28kgx8.

So didnt feel at the best today, anyways i managed to improve in few excercises and i kept the others stable. Tomorrow is gonna be back day. Also felt kinda horny this morning until mid afternoon maybe cause of the hcg shot from yesterday.

So cholesterol it is still high even if it lowered since last time from 251 to 218, doctor also said that he would have been worried more if my cholesterol was lower 200 but due to a hdl lower than 40 since my hdl is on the upper limit he said we should be fine even if we will have to be still caucious. Bilirubin is high but other liver values are ok so he said that since i am cleaning my diet we should be fine next time, he also said that i did good to donate blood cuase my Hematocrit and RBC were laready on the upper limit, so he said that if my test level will be high enough we will probably lower my test dose from 150 to 125mg/week. Anyways if some of you guys on trt or anybody else wants to share is opinion i will really appreciate it.
