Is there anything you would recommend him taking for athlete purposes? He is wanting increased lean muscle mass and strength. I don’t want him taking anything that might be unhealthy, stunt his growth or compromise his natural generation of testosterone at his age. Remember he is 16.
 
at 16 absolutely NO PEDS PERIOD! Food and lots of it . He's hormones and metabolism should be skyrocketing at that age . Patience also as muscle and strength gains don't happen overnight .
 
no there is not whatsoever.. hes a teenager! creatine and protein are the only things he could use or bcaas etc... NOTHING ped related whatsoever
