Thanks
I appreciate all of your information and research you have done. Everyone finds your videos helpful and it's nice to have all of the material in one place.

Background
I have had gyno since I was a teen. I was chubby/ fat when I was at the beginning of my teens and started to eat better. The my 8th grade year I was lean and all through high school as well. I've always had a small lump on my right side only. About half an inch in circumference. I can easily fluctuate my weight and when I'm on my heavy side I can def tell as my chest becomes fatter but doesn't necessarily match my stomach and arms. Ive done a pro hormone one time and saw gains with no change in gyno 6 years ago(24) I competed one time 4 years ago and leaned down to 146 and chest was lean but still had a small lump although considerably less noticeable. Normal weight is around 170-175. Maybe around 11-13% bf. I am always active and weight train 3-5 times a week. I have started training hard again with the intention of keeping my muscle mass and leaning down. I have changed my life style back to like when I was training to compete. (Meal prepping Food/training6days/week)

Question
I have started taking GW 10mg pill (worked up to 30 mg a day) and Osta 20mg pill a day for one week exactly. I haven't noticed any change in gyno but I am worried about making it worse. It's not too bad but I can tell and I don't want it getting any worse because then I definitely won't be comfortable not that I'm happy with it now. I'm wondering, if I wanted to switch to using Andarine since from what I have read doesn't have the possible side effect of gyno symptoms like Ostra.
How would I do this in the most efficient way?
Or what would be your advice if that isn't a good idea. Letro? Nothing?

Thanks for all of the help.

This is also my first ever forum post.

Best advice, stop taking Osta in pill form and get some liquid sarms from sarmsx. You don't know what you're ingesting when you are taking capsulated sarms, they could very well be prohormones which will produce gyno. Dylan and others can give you more advice as to what you should do.

No supplement beats hard work

if your taking sarms in a pill form, there's a chance you have a pro hormone and who knows if its one that convert to estrogen, so if your going to continue, which i strongly advise you do not, then you better get some aromasin asap... i would never run something when i had no clue what was actually in it...

puberty gyno is very very difficult to get rid of without surgery... if the letro/nolva cycle does not work then surgery is the only option for you... run letro 2.5 mg and nolvadex 20 mg per day, for 8 weeks, then follow with aromasin 4 weeks at 12.5 mg every other day... thats the protocol... you can get all of these at www.sarmsx.com

you really need to rid yourself of the pill form sarms bro... its your call but thats not something you should risk.. sarmsx has the best quality you can find and you wont have to worry about any of this
