Off topic quickie - What do you drink while in the gym?

Gatorade has crappy toxic ingredients anyway. Drink coconut water or maple water if you're worried about electrolytes. But Jake is right you aren't going to sweat out everything with one workout. After intense sauna sessions and working out then yes probqbly.

Don't you guys remember that big Gatorade scam that was ousted? That they had their own "science institute" to support whatever nonsense they came up with, and then when independent researchers actually crunched the numbers, there was absolutely ZERO evidence of their claims. Not even once.

To the point where (forget about electrolyte replacement) not even actual physical dehydration from drinking nothing was as bad as things like OVERhydration of any liquid trying to 'restore electrolytes' - that are restored with food anyway.

H 2 Woah is where it's at. If I want a bit of a sugar hit, I'll juice an orange and add a spoon flick of citrulline to my water (both too tangy sweet to drink straight) if I've bothered to buy it.

your impressing me more and more with each post i see from you man, wtf? LOLLL NICE POINTS... ALL TRUE... even the very few times ive drank bcaas during my workout, they make me fucking sick... i feel gross, etc... things like gatorade and other drinks claiming to have this and that are all utter bull shit... what a waste... more clever marketing all this time that people fell for more so in the 90's than now... now that we really have a grasp on whats going on, most would not fall for this absurdity... water, water and water

Yep, I remember well. Gatorade in and of itself is and a.ways has been a big scam. Unfortunately many people fall into their trap and claims

Haha thanks brother. I may be a noob but I've been studying science stuff for years and am fascinated by the marvel that is the human body. Having said that I'm here to learn. Always learning, never knowing enough.

^Especially warm water..

It's interesting that you say that. Because I find it funny how so many people use 'organic this' and 'caveman diet that', and yet one of the most straightforward things they fail to realize is that 'man' never really had refrigeration. Warm or room temp water is much more 'natural' than ice cold chilled water.

This is very true. It's just unfortunate that warm or room temperature water is not exactly so nice to drink, especially when your heart rate is up and you're hot sweating like a madman lol

I do this. You get used to it. Especially when you're thirsty. Just like when you get used to the taste of sarms lol
