NPP/Sust ratios for healthy libido

hey guys…

coming to the OG’s humbly once again for some consultation please.

last couple cycles of my favorite combo have done a number on my libido.

Want to make sure my ratios are in check.

Here’s what I’ve been running the past 2 cycles:
NPP - 400mg/week
Sustanon 250 - 400mg/week
Dbol - 50mg/day weeks 1-4
Winstrol - 60mg/day weeks 7-12
Support:
Cabergoline - 0.5mg E3D
Proviron - 50mg/day
Aromasin - 12.5mg EOD
GW - 20mg/day

any tweaks or additions you experts think I may need to make?

way way too much dbol... no need whatsoever to go over 30 mg per day... i like to keep my test/deca or npp ratio at 300/300 but thats up to you... you should only need .25 mg every 3 days of caber... .5 is too much with a lower dose of npp...

and if I keep my NPP/Sust at 400/400 should I still lower my Caber to 0.25?

I'm also a fan of keeping the dbol below 50mg unless you handle it well

Everyone is pretty different on their ratios with test and 19nor's so thats a tough call man. You have to test the waters and see what works best for you. I always used to run test a lot higher and then Dylan got me on keeping them about equal and I have shifted to those ratios

400 and below on 19nor and you should only need .25 of caber

i would not exceed 30 mg of dbol as i already said

I honestly really like the layout but agree on lowering the dbol. 20-30mg per day is plenty
