No place to input cc#

Heya guys. Been trying to order a couple bottles of GW over the weekend and after numerous attempts the last couple days it never gives me the option to input a cc#. Any advice?

If still having issues I found a trick, click continue without checking the I agree to the terms box, it will give you an error saying you need to, then click that box and try again, that took me to the CC info.
