I have been on LGD and GW for about 3 weeks going on 4, and I have yet to see any real results endurance I can see a bit. Strength close to none fat loss none. Cardio in the am 4-5 days a week fasted and weights in the PM diet has been in a caloric def, maybe sarms aren't for me?? Or am I the ones that takes longer to get results?
 
3 weeks is a little early for any substance to really show much of anything..however I tried sarms last year and they didn't do Jack Shit for me either.some people are just non responders. Just like people respond differently to steroids. So I recommend finishing the cycle to make sure and if nothing changes then you'll know for next time

You should have been able too loose fat naturally and any substance will increase your results if you lost none at all you need too relook at your diet are you weighing your food do you actually know what your maintenance is and dont say you used an online calculator because thats useless actually tracking your body too find out what you use even with no drugs in the equations if you lost no fat at all your still eating too much plain and simple
 
GJ has a great point....no matter WHAT at a deficit you would lose fat....those calculators are pretty far off IMO.
It says for me my maintenance is 500 above what it actually is, most of the calculators cutting #'s are what my maintenance really is..
Then again my metabolism has been as slow as a drunken sloth my whole life...

When I say I'm not losing I mean that "rapid rate" they claim I'm losing fat at a normal rate as I was before I got on these things. People say 3 weeks is to early to see anything but from the threads i read they said GW starts to work within the 2nd week. So I'm starting to think sarms aren't what people make them seem

Like I said...they didn't do Jack for me, but I don't talk bad about them because each person reacts differently to every substance out there.. some people can take 100 mgs of test and blow up with estrogen sides...I can 900 mgs no problem without an AI...U got to experiment around and find compounds that work for u..it's all trial and error in this game
 
Its possible I dont have much experience with sarms but the way you worded the earlier statement was fat loss none.

I had too clarify that I dont know your situation but most people just have this IM EATING CLEAN THING and there eating clean food about 1500 calories too much of it .

Yeah bro i got you, it's just everyone made it seem like they were some great thing that enhance what one is already doing. Hopefully it's just my body taking longer to react and I will one of these weeks. I'm doing a 12 week cylce of LGD and GW
 
I agree with Gymjunkie. Take a picture of everything you eat each day and look it over before you go to bed. You may not be eating as clean as you think.
 
The average persons calories from condiments alone can reach 500+ a day without batting an eye
Ketchup
salad dressing
mayonaise
vegetable oil
BBQ sauce
teriyaki sauce
margarine
butter
sour cream

I wiegh out 5 grams of sugar free creamer in my coffee bro and count chewing gum I know ever single calorie its all counted

I am in week 2 of 12 SarmsX GW, MK 2866 AND SR9009. And I can already tell the difference in my endurance.

Yeah bro kinda weird, idk everyone talks about the results and strength and what not, but I haven't seen anything. I'm not saying it's the product I'm saying my body might not work with it

I get it bro I don't get "its the product" from what your saying.
Stick it out bro. You paid for the cycle give it a chance.
Check your diet and how much rest your getting.
You would be surprised by what can be done with minor adjustments.
