Looking insanely shredded Dylan! I'm glad to see you making some changes to your regiment, even though I know how tough it is for you to do. You've made some great strides lately in loosening up a bit. I agree that the cardio you do is probably best cut back some, and I know you will benefit greatly from that along with more rest days in general. I recently cut back a lot myself. For several months I was training 6 days a week with higher volume and cardio at the end. I was starting to show the symptoms of overtraining and I wasn't getting anywhere with it. My body was letting me know, so I took a week off completely while I was on vacation, and now I'm back to doing DC training just 3 days a week (high intensity low volume) with 45 minutes cardio on off days. I already see a big difference in my performance and the way I feel. It's night and day, so I wish you the best of luck with everything brother! You are doing great. I know you know this, but just listen to your body and it will tell you what it needs brother!
