New Updated Cycle Pics!

I have been getting my appetite back and lowering my stress levels with everything so I though I would post some updated pics... Im seeing tremendous vascularity, increases in strength etc... More size coming as I am slowly getting my eating back up but it is still not there yet... Endurance is excellent although ive taken the cardio down a small notch to only 70 minutes a day instead of 90... At this point, 90 is overkill... I do believe 60 is probably the most sufficient as I have always taken it too far and I want to make sure my body holds up over the long haul... I want to follow my own advice of more is not always better... Honestly, I workout 6 days a week but in reality, 5 should probably be the best as the body just needs the extra rest... Im TRYING to make myself do this and its something I always used to practice but its actually more benefit to allow optimal recovery... Its a process but im taking the necessary steps needed... Here is where I am at now...

Looking insanely shredded Dylan! I'm glad to see you making some changes to your regiment, even though I know how tough it is for you to do. You've made some great strides lately in loosening up a bit. I agree that the cardio you do is probably best cut back some, and I know you will benefit greatly from that along with more rest days in general. I recently cut back a lot myself. For several months I was training 6 days a week with higher volume and cardio at the end. I was starting to show the symptoms of overtraining and I wasn't getting anywhere with it. My body was letting me know, so I took a week off completely while I was on vacation, and now I'm back to doing DC training just 3 days a week (high intensity low volume) with 45 minutes cardio on off days. I already see a big difference in my performance and the way I feel. It's night and day, so I wish you the best of luck with everything brother! You are doing great. I know you know this, but just listen to your body and it will tell you what it needs brother!

Nice bro!! After this short recomp cycle I'm running I think I'm gonna have to shoot ya a pm. Getting to 10% bf is not difficult for me, but getting to n staying in single digits is. Props homie

Thank you brother... You know, i have really sat down and thought about everything... There's no way im not going to be my disciplined self, i just can't help it but like you said, there comes a point of overtraining and not only that, its hypocritical on what i teach for a living... how can i teach one thing but be a hypocrite on myself? the funny thing is, as you said, scaling back the a more optimal training range and changing diet etc. has made me look and perform everything so much better... I have to think more long term like i teach others and overtraining does not allow for any sort of longevity... I can still go beast mode and not overdo it either and that's what im really trying to do...

Thanks brother, i appreciate it... I have tried that before and i just wasn't comfortable but it was the cleanest, although very clean it could have been a cleaner gain so thats definitely a future possibility...
