New to sarms and confused!

I’m approaching 45, trained 5 years and competed x4 no peds before; just used fat burners. My metabolism was shot to pieces after last contest nov 2016; gained 3 stone from last stage weight; been allowing body to repair, eating clean and training hard and heavy since. Managed to lose a stone so far.
Have read mixed reports on the sarms; I have gained some size to the point of needing to tone some training down; however other parts need help; then all over increase a little to maybe go up a class. Need to drop some body fat too; so looking for lean gains and fat loss.
I’m not sure I need to gw Cardarine as my energy is pretty good most of the time; however..... have read on some sites would this help with the metabolism of using up fat stores; transferring energy to muscles? Don’t need extra energy to train harder = gains, as I have a good pain threshold lol; however if that’s a proven benefit please enlighten me!
Also thought about Ostarine, s4 Rad140 and lgd?....

Looking to compete in 15 weeks ideally

Sarms would be perfect for you. GW works great for fat loss and endurance, and S4 does great for fat loss as well as strength. Ostarine rounds it out nicely for lean mass gains.

The triple stack is popular and effective for females and exactly what I'd recommend to you

1-12 mk2866 12.5mg per day the first two weeks then 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes pre workout

Sorry forgot to ask, I’ve seen mostly capsules online but my bf is just trying out some drops... are either more effective over the other? Based in the UK... might try using the site my bf used unless you can recommend any others ..

You are fine to dose with or without food. It doesn't matter on results either way

You just need to be very careful choosing a good sarms source. There are many that are not real sarms at all. Quality is imperative

quantities all stay the same when coming off... thats a broscience concept about lowering them coming off and not true in any way... you just stop...

I've started this all today.... Although just realised as I'm not training today would I still take the gw? I've do cardio this morning in and post last meal/before bed...

Kind of late to the party, but similar question.... I will be doing a 3rd Ostarine cycle and have seen great results and am even -7 lbs, in a deficit and working hard. Of course my objective with the Ostarine is to keep and build muscle mass, but I do want to see an increase in fat loss. My endurance is pretty damn good, so my question is more geared towards— if I have a slim budget and am to choose between GW and S4, what is optimal if I am not doing the triple stack protocol I see posted for most females looking for fat loss?
