Hello y'all I'm J,
29 years old
Height:6'1
Weight: As of this morning 209 lbs
Body fat %: 15-16 (10-12 in 2016)
Years of training: 5
Complete cycle history:
2016 March ran the following
1-8 weeks Test Prop 1.5 ml EOd Tren Ace 1 ml EOD ran anastrole 1 mg the entire time

PCT : 500iu HCG
And clomid

Goals: continue training keep building a solid foundation. Need to build up more self confidence to even consider competing.
Supplements: protein,glutamine,fish oil,cla,digestive enzymes

General idea of nutrition: not allergic to anything love food to much ! But overall pretty good nutrition, could definitely do better and need more guidance.

For the most part I've been very consistent with my nutrition till 2 months ago happen moving out here(From Texas to Cali) one thing led to another and I wasn't making the best choices in food and not getting in my gym time in. Now that I finally got everything set up a my place is time to get backon track I see a lot of great information and people out here to help each other out !
 
Welcome to the board J. Have you ran blood work upon completion of your PCT?

You should never run HCG in PCT.... and your PCT was extremely incomplete. I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of the reason why you gained back 5%bf.

I wasnt been the smartest I admitt that. What do you suggest be a proper PCT.
 
Next time run HCG the last 2-3 weeks before you finish your cycle.

Then run a full PCT-

clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day
