Hey all,

I am sure you all answer this a lot and I've read through the forum a little bit before registering and it looks like different stacks for different wants and needs. I have been on Ostarine for a couple of weeks now and I am looking to stack it with something else for more results. I have a powerlifting meet on April 8th (12 weeks out). I am decently lean (6' and 175 lbs so no powerbelly here). I need to drop to a 165 weight class (not my first concern since I have done this before) but I do need to gain strength (this is a massive meet and I'd like to lean out a little bit more). Before this I was natty as all get out. Just ate a ton of food.

Any suggestions?

just a few questions... where did you get your ostarine from? how long have you been on it? what are you dosing it at?

Hi, I got it from sarmsx as you all have recommended on this site. I was at .125 for about 1 week then ups to .5. I've been on for approximately 3 weeks now.

I'm a tall female in my weight class and so my strength isn't quite up there with the shorter more normal sized girls in my class so I need to build a little more strength while not gaining weight.

okay, i have the perfect plan for you... you can continue on mk2866 and you are going to want to add GW501516, S4 and SR9009... its the six pack stack... so i will give you the link to purchase it and show you how to run it properly...

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
For your goals in your powerlifting meet, and your goal of dropping a little bodyfat, I think the ultra Recomp stack is absolutely perfect for that
