Hey guys just a quick update. Had a pretty good week so far on the diet and exercise is going well too, but I'm having a reaction of a pretty upset stomach and nausea from the diet changes I guess. It comes and goes but so far the transition has me feeling kinda crappy. I know it will pass at some point, not giving in to it!
Heartburn has seemed to go away by eating better for several days now which is awesome though. I keep forgetting to keep drinking water throughout the day so I'm going to put alerts on my phone for that to remind me. Drinking water and being hydrated seems to make it better for sure. Anyway that's it for now, I'll repost progress in a few more days.
