Im also using Lipo Micc . Been going to the gym faithfully for the past 2 months i weight 365 pounds 6 feet tall so far i feel good with TRT will Semorelin stack with MK677 help me lose weight? More than anything you need to diet bro. At your current weight, it's obvious you are obese. You can't look to compounds to do the work for you. What is your age and height? Have you looked into sarms like GW? That's going to be a better route for you, but nothing replaces diet....ever.
you can use semorelin but dont expect it to do something crazy for weight loss for you, because it wont... you need to just stay focused on your diet and training... you have only been in the gym two months man, so you have to put the time and effort in... compounds are not going to do the work for you
