Need Cycle Advice

BF: 10% per dexa scan last week

I have run almost everything at one point or another. I have recently been off everything except 150mg test cyp once a week per dr's TRT for almost a year now. I was able to hold conditioning pretty well but lost a lot of size. In the past I never had any rhyme or reason to my cycles but this time I am trying to do things a bit more structured and effective. If my goals are to try and add as much quality size over say the next 4 months does anyone have any good cycle layouts I could consider? I know my training and diet are on point since I have been able to hold this size/bf for a good while now, I just feel missing a good cycle and I could add some quality size again.

i can help you bro but your too vague... how much size are you after? is there anything your uncomfortable using? any bad experiences etc.?
 
as much size as possible, I dont want to put any limits on it. I have never had a bad experience, I am very estrogen prone however, but I have always controlled that with heavy AI use (not the smartest decision health wise, but kept estro sides down.) even on TRT of 150mg a week I am running .5mg adex every 3rd day to keep my estrogen around 25pg/ml
 
okay sounds good... your staying on trt correct? i just want to make sure because ive been seeing some crazy ass shit lately and i want to get you all dialed in...
 
I should mentioned that I am required by my dr to get bloodwork every 6 months (just had it done 2 weeks ago) to make sure my levels are normal, so I would obviously need to be back to my TRT levels by then to not raise any concern.

Here is a good recommendation for you bud.

1-16 Test C 350mg per week
1-16 Deca 300mg per week
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg per day
1-16 caber 0.5mg twice per week
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-16 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

I would absolutely add it if you can. MK-677 is good stuff and a great alternative to GH. I've been running it myself for several months and I love it
