Good morning Brothers! As I find myself limping around the house because I guess I rolled my ankle in my sleep last night, I realized that I've been training around little nagging injuries and pains for months now. Maybe I'm getting old...I'll be 33 in a couple of weeks. I hurt my left shoulder playing around with the 150lb dumbbells on incline press earlier this year. I had never touched those other than dumbbell rows but my buddy talked me into because he said I moving the 135lbers too easy. MK-677 took care of my shoulder and as soon as it healed up well enough, I misaligned my low back and hips moving into the new house last week. After 2 adjustments, I finally got that squared away...woke up this morning to go do my morning BROdio and my damn right ankle is throbbing!!! LOL. Well everyone's out the house now so it's time to Pin some Robo gear to take the pain away and make some gains today!

I feel your pain, brother. I'm 33. In the military I sustained knee injuries, blast injuries, PTSD, lower back trauma; I sustained 2 skydiving injuries, one of which blew out both my knees, other tore my ACL; A dislocated shoulder in a climbing accident;

Having said that, I'm still making advancements and punching through plateaus getting stronger and leaner; Last year I did a marathon prep with 22km runs daily; The pain eventually gives way, when it doesn't you get used to it :) ... But the age gets you. GH got me about 10 years back. I ain't got shit on you - you can own it way more.

You got this devil covered budd, MK-677 for the win. Do it :)

That's no shit bro. I started noticing it a lot more when I hit about 40

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

lol at all of this! I'm in the same boat. I'm soon to be 36. Ever since 33 something always hurts. It seems like every 6 weeks or so, something else flares up. I've learned all the work-arounds for my common issues so I'm not making things worse. My physical therapist is gonna put a kid through college off of me.

WOW! God Bless you my friend. That's a lot to deal with. Thanks for the inspiration and the encouragement.

Yeah bro, you're 33... excuses aren't in your vocabulary yet. I'm 45yo with four (two lower back, two neck) herniated disks, sciatica- chronic nerve damage both legs, dislocated shoulder that pops out time to time, broke my clavical in two spots, my upper spine rotates throwing everything outta whack all courtesy of Uncle Sam. They wanted to fuse my back, wrist and operate on my knees... not happening bro. I've been on pain meds for about 18 years now... Tylenol 3, flexeril, naprosin, vicodin, a few others as well. Wait till you're older... it'll be pure heart that takes you to the gym (and by then you should be the biggest mf in there lol). My neck is killing me right now and has been the last 48 hours and yet I hit the gym and did traps and back this morning even though the sleep monster was calling my name. Excuses??? Damn Daniel. What're those!!!

I didn't even mention the so called severe PTSD lol because honestly it pushes me in the gym. Nothing like anger/hate on tap. It is my motivator. RESPECT right back at you bro. Nothing like true actual combat vet power on tap in the gym.

Yeah man, PTSD is good for that, although mine gives me bad nightmares, I need to sleep with the light on sometimes like a little bitch and god forbid someone sneezes two houses over

I said it before I'm afraid to sneeze. Something's gonna get thrown outa whack .

I get up 2-3x a night and walk the house. Have night lights everywhere, home security system, in/out house cameras, pre positioned firearms. Slightest noise wakes me.... yep. Too familiar. Hypervigilence can be a bitch. Meds don't help... but I don't mind. Better safe than asleep like a baby.

Hell budd, that makes me feel a bit better about being afraid of the dark and loud noises every now and again.
