241 8 weeks out!!! I will get so hard and sliced it won’t be even funny and this is all on relatively very small doses of supplements!!! You would be laughing ur ass off if u only knew how small but yet getting tighter and tighter. No need to change much since still
Making progress!! Diet is getting harder and harder. That’s where the most of grind is coming from. But we’ll get there. I can’t say enough about how great the stuff is that IWGF and 9th wonder offer. Shit is smooth real dosed correct as professional packaged as they come and service is superb!!! Stay tuned

Very small and flat in those pix. Fully depleted three days zero carbs .... well I shouldn’t say that about 30 g on no training days and 50g I’m training days. Which is either one orange with breakfast or orange and 45 g dry oats post workout!!! Not much of anything!!!
You probably figured out what I’m using for my cycle at this point and I must tell u that i haven’t experienced any pip for those of you guys who are concerned about it. I don’t care either way but those oils are very very smooth

The oil is very smooth. I don’t know you as well as IWGF but this is the best I’ve seen you bro. You cut up big time and I have to image it’s tough but your consistency with diet shows no doubt.

Made more progress this week!!! Uff this past week was rough for me. We added extra one low cal zero carbs day and by the end I was drugging my balls buy I made it !!! Dropped another 2 pounds last weeks dnd it shows. So we are 7 weeks out !!! Now the homework is to get harder and leaner and at the end improve the fullness. We’ll see how it goes but I’ll do what I have to do to make that happen. Great refeed yesterday I feel like a a new man today- massive amounts of sushi [emoji496]!!! Now back in a saddle back to work!! We lowered AI for this week which should help with energy levels and adding winny this week so here we go!!! Cardio stay the same 30 min twice a day. I’m about to hop on my stepper now

238 this week. Weight is dropping nicely. Getting tighter and tighter. 6 weeks out at this point. Had a nice carb up meal to replenish glycogen stores. Made a huge difference in my lift yesterday. Completely different person energy came back along with energy and motivation. As a matter of fact we increased carbs for this week a bit for the next 4 days and then we drop back down again. Supps are the same since we cont to make a progress. Will be adding more androgens and hardening agents next week. Now it’s getting fun. Each day seems different and different stuff shows up. I hope u can see the difference as those pix really don’t do it justice. Supps are first class as always. Extremely happy with them and service as always first class

Guys!!!! I put the order in Monday night!!! TD happened today!!! Customer service is unreal!!! Products are amazing!!! They are so professionally packaged and what’s inside it’s even better !! Whoever is on the fence wether they should give IWGF a try trust me you have nothing to loose but massive gains. It’s silly not to try them!!! Ok I’m back to my cardio posing and dieting!!! That’s a few weeks after my last show in May our makeup is very similar with the abdominal muscles. I honestly don’t train them very often I just eat clean

238 here. Fully depleted for three day. Very flat and tired 5 weeks out. But tighter harder more details are coming out. Plenty to f time left. We replaced glycogen stores with high protein super low fat and high carb meal and I wish I could show u what happened after but this dam forum won’t let me upload half of my pix and it doesn’t matter what I do I keep getting a network error. Been trying for the past two days. Take my work for it I got so dam grainy and vascular it was ridiculous!!! This week we are increasing carbs for 4 days and then depleting again before we push my body harder for the final stretch. More fun stuff is coming up!!! Stay tuned.
